Keatra Lee, Team Transaction Coordinator

Keatra Lee serves as the Transaction Coordinator for The Tonya Dangerfield Home Team, where she plays a vital role in guiding each transaction from contract to close. She manages and monitors the process to ensure all contracts and addendums are executed properly, submitted on time, and in full compliance with Texas Real Estate Commission guidelines. By interfacing with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and vendors, Keatra ensures a seamless experience for everyone involved and helps deliver completed closing files for prompt commission disbursement.

Real estate is not new to Keatra. Since 2005, she has been a behind-the-scenes yet integral partner to her husband, Victor Lee, in his real estate career. Now stepping into the industry in her own right, Keatra is currently pursuing her real estate license and is excited about the many opportunities her new career path will bring.
